The Glamour Beauty Party Box ; Review December 2014

Good afternoon everyone,

So I thought tonight I would share with you the best £16.99 I have spent recently. I got an email from Latest In Beauty an amazing website I came across a few months ago with the release of the new box “The Glamour Party Beauty Edition”.

Now if you don’t know about this company they basically combine designer beauty samples together for an amazing price, you can try the products without committing a lot of money with the possibility of not liking the product. The boxes are definitely worth the money , the last box I got I received  a full size Bourjois mascara worth £9.99 and I only paid £16.99 for the total box so you definitely get value for your money.

This is one of the bigger boxes that they have done compiling 13 amazing products the total value of this box is £88.95 I paid £16.99.

So here you have the 13 items I received :

One thing I always love about these boxes is the packaging it's always super pretty.

Cute little wrapping.

This is how the inside looked.

Xen-Tan Luminous Gold Gel:

This product is something I probably won't use out of the whole box but it will make a great gift for my sister. I just don't use any type of false tan I like to rock the ghost look. This product develops a beautiful glow to your skin within 3 hours, for that flawless golden finish.

Vichy Life Idealla Serum:

This product protects your skin for everyday life instantly leaves skin looking fresh and flawless.

Vichy Purteré Thermal 3 in 1 :

This product is simply an amazing cleanser, it removed all of my mascara in pretty much one go and I was soooo impressed . This was the first time I have ever used any of the Vichy products.

The colour was stunning on and it has lasted a considerable amount of time without chipping so I was really impressed. Apparently this poslish retails at M & S for around £8.00.

Collection 2000 Lengthening Mascara (Black):

I should be a little honest here when I saw that the mascara was Collection 2000 I was a bit disappointed, considering the last box contained Bourjois. (nothing against Collection I have loads of their stuff) BUT I was totally wrong and I literally love love love this mascara. I tried it at the weekend not expecting amazing results but WOW, it literally lengthens each lash without clumping.

This is what the brush looks like , very similar to my Bourjois One Seconde. Grasps each lash for a stunning affect.

L’oreal Paris Elnett Satin Hair Spray :

Don’t know about you but I can not be without my Elnett I am still to find a product that lives up to this product. This cute little bottle will fit nicely into my handbag to rid those tear away hairs that I detest so much. What I also love about this product is the fact that it doesn’t leave my hair sticky and I can actually brush my hair through after wearing this the next day, I also love the fact it doesn’t make my hair go like a rock hah. 5 out of 5 for me J

Philip Kingsley Shampoo & Conditioner:

I have the heat protector spray by Philip and it literally smells like heaven and when I used it I can smell it in my hair all day so I can imagine these two products will be the same.

Wild About Beauty Powder Eyeshadow:

I must be honest this brand is not a name I have heard of before. Opsy. I looked them up online and this eyeshadow retails around £13.00 so this is pretty amazing. Let me know if you have used this before and what you thought of it?

The colour I received was number 08 Polly, it’s like a browny neutral colour which you all know I only do “neutral” hah. But seriously the little packaging on this and eye even get a little mirror inside. The shadow has a little bee patterned into it, it is seriously cute. The colour is lovely as well.

Burt’s Bee Lip Shimmer:

I am loving Burt’s bee stuff at the moment I got some free with my Glamour mag and I literally love it. The colour I received was Grapefruit but it actually smells like mint, the colour is perfect for my skin tone aka the ghost look just a slight pinky shimmer. And what makes these products even better they are 100% natural. One can never have too many lip products.

Popband London:

I have been after one of these for ages now. As you all know I have been growing my hair for some time now and I can finally get it in a pony tail without it all dropping out and looking rather a mess. This is a perfect little item for me. There’s nothing worse than that awful kink a hair bobble leaves in your hair after a long day at work, these apparently don’t leave kinks. So when you hair is aching your head at work now you can have the pleasure of taking it down and your hair looking presentable . YAY.

Stila Smudge Eye Liner:

Me and eyeliner really don’t get along but practice makes perfect and I have heard good things about this product so I am pretty excited to give this a try. Also this one is waterproof so that is a added bonus.

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels:

I am saving these for when I have a bad nights sleep, hehe. These eye gels work within ten minutes reducing the puffiness so that eye look fresh and rejuvenated.

Summary :

Basically this beauty box is worth every penny. :-)
Got some amazing items will use all of them bar one so not too bad at all.
You can order yours here.

Hope you all enjoyed this review.
